- Perhaps there should be a very frequently posted `mini-faq', perhaps a page
- long (whatever a portable page is... :) and simply detailing briefly what is
- on topic and what is off-topic; where to find the FAQ and what newsgroups
- you *should* be posting to. Post this every week, and perhaps the signal to
- noise ratio will climb above 50% :-)
