  29. Perhaps there should be a very frequently posted `mini-faq', perhaps a page
  30. long (whatever a portable page is... :) and simply detailing briefly what is
  31. on topic and what is off-topic; where to find the FAQ and what newsgroups
  32. you *should* be posting to.  Post this every week, and perhaps the signal to
  33. noise ratio will climb above 50% :-)
